Emmanuelle Cardon

Emmanuelle Cardon is a partner in the bank-insurance department. She works in contract law as well as in pre-litigation and litigation, mainly in insurance law (life, savings...) and commercial matters. Emmanuelle’s clients are mainly institutional investors (industrial groups, insurance companies, real estate groups, etc.), SMEs, and corporate executives in the pre-litigation management of their disputes as well as equally defending their cases during judicial procedures.

Education

Emmanuelle Cardon was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003. She holds a masters' degree in corporate law from the University of Rennes 1, and a masters' degree (DESS) in business law, commercial law and contract law.
