Our Corporate – M&A Department<\/a><\/span> offers a Practical Guide<\/a><\/strong>, setting out the measures applicable to companies<\/strong><\/span> and the steps to be taken to :<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– Defer social security contributions payable to URSSAF<\/span><\/p>\n

– Defer tax deadlines with the corporate tax department (SIE) of the Public Finances Directorate General (DGFiP)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Direct tax remission<\/span><\/p>\n

– Be assisted by the Commission of Chief Financial Officers (\u201cCCSF<\/i>“)<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span><\/strong> Be supported <\/span>by the solidarity fund financed by the State and the regions<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Defer of rents, water, gas and electricity bills<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– State-guaranteed liquidity loan<\/span><\/p>\n

– Benefit from the measures put in place by the BPI<\/span><\/p>\n

– Benefit from credit mediation to negotiate with your bank a rescheduling of bank credits<\/span><\/p>\n

– Benefit from insurance coverage in the event of an epidemic or from a “business interruption without material damage” guarantee<\/span><\/p>\n
