INTA Committee nominations 2026 – 2027<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u00a0 \"\"\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\"Richard\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>\"\"\u00a0<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nWe are very honoured that three members of our firm will be members of International Trademark Association (INTA)<\/a> committees for the years 2026 and 2027:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Nathalie Moull\u00e9-Berteaux<\/a>, partner, joins the Enforcement Committee<\/span><\/p>\n

– Cl\u00e9mence de Margerie<\/a>, senior associate, joins the Anticounterfeiting Committee<\/span><\/p>\n

– Richard Milchior<\/a>, of counsel, who has already been heavily involved for many years in various committees, will attend the Commercialisation of IP Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

INTA Committee Descriptions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Enforcement Committee<\/span>: Develops and advocates the Association\u2019s policy regarding administrative and judicial enforcement of trademarks. The committee will monitor cases, legislation and regulation in various jurisdictions, complete analyses and propose policy recommendations to the Board on enforcement issues. Work includes report and submission writing and advocacy outreach to foster harmonization on enforcement laws and procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Anticounterfeiting Committee<\/span>: Develops and advocates the Association\u2019s policy regarding anticounterfeiting and enforcement issues. The committee will monitor developments in treaties, legislation, regulations and other enforcement mechanisms worldwide and complete research and analyses to propose policy recommendations to the Board. Work includes report and submission writing, resources development, interaction with anticounterfeiting stakeholders and organizations and advocacy in conjunction with relevant INTA committees and staff.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Commercialisation of IP Committee<\/span>: Develops resources including educational offerings and best practice guidelines focused on efforts to monetize and commercialize brands and brand-related intellectual property assets. This committee will consider such issues as marketing and advertising regulatory issues, agreements including licenses, distribution, supply and agency agreements, tax, brand valuation, brand evaluation, brand growth strategies for SMEs and entrepreneurs, due diligence, and related issues to support the commercial success of product and service offerings.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
