Paris, 22 May 2026<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n With more than twenty years of experience, Martin Tissier primarily advises on public procurement law and economic regulation, particularly in network industries (electronic communications, energy, public transport), as well as in the aeronautics and defence sectors, both in advisory matters and in litigation before administrative courts, judicial courts, and independent administrative authorities. He also assists clients in matters relating to State aid, mixed economy entities, local government law and their public institutions, as well as urban planning and environmental law. He further advises local authorities and private operators in their interactions with the public sector.<\/span><\/p>\n Prior to joining HERALD, Martin Tissier practised at leading law firms such as Bird & Bird, before joining Bersay as a Partner in 2018, following the establishment of his own public law boutique firm, B.O.T Avocats, which he led from 2010 to 2018.
