
Pierre-Yves Rossignol is a partner in the property and the insurance department. He works with building owners, industrialists and construction professionals and advises them in carrying out their property development and investment projects. He provides support in contentious matters including warrantee claims against insurers including those brought through collective procedures. He advises clients in preparing complex assemblies of their real estate operations, and assists foreign clients in structuring their investments in France, from pre-acquisition due diligence (the analysis of legal risks) to the conclusion of negotiations.

Pierre-Yves was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1990. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economic Law, a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, as well as a certificate of European Economic Studies obtained at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
