HERALD (formerly Granrut) announces the arrival of Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe as Partner within its Intellectual Property department. This strategic arrival aims to strengthen its IP practice and accelerate the rollout of its international offering.

With over twenty-five years of experience, Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe advises an international client base, particularly American clients, both in advisory and litigation matters across all areas of intellectual property: trademarks, copyright, designs, domain names, and unfair competition. She notably handles complex matters involving domestic and cross-border disputes, as well as the negotiation of intellectual property contracts, in both standalone and transactional contexts.

Her expertise spans numerous sectors, including consumer goods, life sciences (pharmaceutical industry and medical devices), luxury (fashion and cosmetics), electronics (hardware and software), publishing, e-commerce, automotive, and finance.

Before joining HERALD, Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe was a partner at Dechert LLP’s Paris office (2023–2026). With her arrival, the firm continues to develop its intellectual property offering and strengthens its ability to support clients on strategic, international matters.
