Marin Denizet

Marin Denizet practices in the areas of insurance, civil liability, and industrial risks. He advises and represents French and international clients on insurance coverage matters, product liability issues, and the management of complex claims. In this context, he regularly assists clients in expert proceedings. Marin Denizet also advises on environmental law matters, with a particular focus on Classified Installations (ICPE), environmental audits, and the management of waste and contaminated sites and soils. He assists numerous industrial operators with the monitoring, coordination, and management of regulatory procedures relating to their facilities, as well as matters involving climate change, renewable energy, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, he holds a master’s degree in Litigation and Arbitration from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (2017). He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po Paris (2012) and a master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris (2015).
