Anne Cousin is a partner in the Media-IP-TIC department. She advises and litigates mainly in the fields of computer and Internet law, as well as in intellectual property law, press law and data protection. She has also developed a practice in the e-health sector and works together with other departments of our firm on matters of commercial, regulatory and criminal law. She assists her clients in the context of contractual negotiations (cloud computing contracts, hosting, copyright assignments, etc.) and litigation before the courts (liability of the hosts, defamation, counterfeit software...) or the administrative authorities.
