Fabrice Dalat

Fabrice DALAT has been a partner of the Herald law firm since 2020. He has a strong reputation in the treatment of companies in difficulty, both out of court and in court, and advises Judicial Administrators, Judicial Representatives and company managers. As a correspondent of Chartered Accountants, he assists clients in dealing with their difficulties in order to find the most appropriate solutions for their crisis situation.

Education

Fabrice DALAT holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation and a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'Avocat (Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris) obtained at Paris II Panthéon ASSAS.

Fabrice DALAT is a member of the Institut Français des Praticiens des Procédures Collectives, the Association REFINANCE IN, and the Association LE MARTINE. He is a lecturer at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) in insolvency law.
