Héloïse practices within the Corporate M&A Department. She primarily advises on private equity transactions (including leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and growth capital investments), as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2024, Héloïse holds a Master’s degree (Master 2 DJCE) from Jean Moulin Lyon III University.
