Jeremy Martin Shenaj

Jeremy Martin Shenaj is a lawyer specializing in Banking and Finance, with a focus on structured finance, capital markets, and banking and financial law.

Before joining Herald, Jeremy worked as a global markets legal counsel for an investment bank in Hong Kong.

Admitted to the New York Bar in 2022 and the Paris Bar in 2023, he is able to handle complex cross-border cases.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance (Master 2) from Université Paris Nanterre, a Master’s in Business Law (Master 1) from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and an LLB in English and French Law from the University of Essex.
