Olivier Binder was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1978 and holds a post-graduate diploma in private law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas, and an Executive MBA from HEC. He obtained two certificates of specialisation issued by the Paris Bar: intellectual-property business law and commercial real estate law.
