Education
Richard Milchior was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1979. After graduating from the Paris IEP (Sciences Po), Richard Milchior turned towards law, with an honours degree in Private Law (Université Paris Ouest Nanterre) in 1978, which he supplemented with an honours degree in Economic Science (Paris X Nanterre) in 1979. After being admitted to the Paris Bar, he obtained a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in General Private Law from Université Paris II - Panthéon Assas and a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in Criminal Law from the same University in 1981. In 1982, he obtained his Ph.D. on “Copyright and the Common Market”, then, in 1983, he graduated as Master of Comparative Jurisprudence (New York University).
