Employee Savings – Retirement Savings
The Pacte Law of May 22, 2019 includes significant provisions that profoundly reshape employee savings and retirement savings schemes within companies. A number of implementing regulations are currently being prepared.
During this breakfast session, we propose to provide an initial analysis of the law and of the reforms concerning statutory pension schemes (CNAV, ARRCO-AGIRC), in order to identify the key points and highlight new opportunities for both companies and employees.
